Sarah brings significant experience working in leadership roles across the UK's membership, arts, heritage and cultural sectors. and is passionate about helping charities increase impact and lifetime value of members, supporters and customers.
Christine - Executive Assistant
Christine is an experienced virtual assistant, executive assistant operations manager, providing vital adminstrative support to Harmonic Action as the consultancy grow.
Lucy - CRM Consultant
Lucy brings 20 years’ experience working with UK and international charities as a CRM specialist. She is committed to working with charities to ensure their CRM supports their work, cause and mission, and to provide insight to support growth. .

Olivia is an experienced fundraising, marketing, and supporter engagement professional with a keen interest in utilising data and systems to create effective supporter journeys and smoother workflows for staff.

In 2023, Katie joined the staff team as a director and creative consultant, leading our education arm, Harmonic Action Education. Katie has extensive experience and credibility in the field of creative and musical education, and is an inspiring practitioner and speaker.
